3. The rems of use refer specifically to, when you use our mobile applications (the “App”), our Web site (the “Site”) and other online products and services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Acceptance of terms & conditions of service

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

3. TERMS OF SALE

1. Gift Cards/Vouchers

   1. The Gift Cards/Voucher (“Gift Card”) you purchase is redeemable for goods or services by the seller of such goods and services, or the Service Provider. The Service Provider, not Lifafa, is the seller of the goods and services and is solely responsible for redeeming any Gift Card you purchase.
   2. The Gift Card shall have the necessary redemption instructions on it. The Gift Card may have an offer period, or expiry date, mentioned on it. You shall use it accordingly.
   3. Unless otherwise stated, you will not be entitled to receive credit or cash-back for whatever value of the Gift Card you don't use.
   4. Unless otherwise stated, you cannot combine the Gift Card offer with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
   5. The gift cards once issued cannot be cancelled.
   6. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase or an error attributable to us, we do not offer refunds. Gift Card once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not. In case of a refund, Lifafa reserves the right to levy or not levy transaction fees.
   7. Neither Lifafa nor the Service Provider shall have any liability in the event you lose your Gift Card at the Service Provider venue.
   8. Lifafa is merely the aggregator of deals and issuer of usable Gift Card. The Gift Card and the deals are the property of the respective third party Service Provider.
   9. As such, Service Provider shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Service Provider.
   10. Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Lifafa's entire liability to you shall be the refund of the money charged from you for any specific Gift Card, under which the unlikely liability arises. Under no circumstance shall Lifafa be liable for any consequential, indirect or remote loss that you or your friends and family may suffer.
   11. In case of any offer related issue, the decision of Lifafa team would be final. Lifafa reserves the rights to edit, change, delete the terms and conditions and offers for the Gift Cards at any time without any notice or liability. Any limited period brand offer will be subject to brand's purview and Lifafa can't be held responsible for its fulfilment.
   12. Lifafa may ask for identity proof of user who buys higher value Gift Card. Such information will be kept strictly confidential.

4. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

1. General

Are Internet based portals and apps owned and operated by Lifafa, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Mumbai, India. Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by Lifafa at its sole discretion and posted on the Website.

2. User Account, Password, and Security

   1. The Website requires you to register as a User by creating an Account with your mobile number in order to avail the Service on the Website. You will receive an OTP/set-up a PIN to access your account. Lifafa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the loss or the misuse of the OTP/PIN
